Electrify Me by Renee Field was a sexy erotic fantasy of slighter older Krista and her electrician lover Vance. Krista was an erotic romance writer who became smitten with hunky Vance but worried about their age difference.

I loved the premise of this story and found it interesting that a woman of thirty two years would believe that she was a cougar when comparing herself to her mid-twenties lover. Age is irrelevant when it came to love and lust, especially in this hot and steamy tale.

The sex was every woman’s fantasy, studly electrician, complete with lo-riding jeans and tool belt. Of course it added to the intrigue once Krista found out that Vance was also well-off monetarily, but never dominated the plot. Kudos to Ms. Field for slipping that in but not a premise to the story.

Ms. Field delivered sex of grade- A level as she explored the main characters fantasies both in and out of the bedroom. Vance was endearing and loving, demonstrated not only by the way he acted with Krista, but more importantly his sisters. Krista was a woman who thought herself shy until Vance allowed her the out to explore her fantasies-all in the name of research.

A quick read that will leave any reader looking for their own electrician to deliver-rewiring and sex- oh yeah!
