Review : Everywhere and Every Way (Billionaire Builders #1) by Jennifer Probst

Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!

Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.

Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.

But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?

300 Review

There is nothing that I like more than reviewing a book that I fell in love with.  The tricky part is I just want to say that it is an amazing book and go buy it right away! It would be a little short for a review, though.  That being said, this is my first read by Jennifer Probst and let me tell you it will not be the last!!!

I am a fan of HGTV.  When I saw that this book was about building houses and had some references to the hit show Property Brothers, I knew that it would be a match for me.  The Pierce Brothers are building new houses and have a reputation of being the best in the area.  Throughout the story, we can feel the passion for building houses and decorating it to have it the perfect place to grow old.  While I was reading, I was feeling as If I was part of their team and that was entertaining. When Morgan was on the building site with her pink accessories it was delicious!

Caleb Pierce, Oh god that I love Caleb!!! He is a little rough around the edges, but he is so adorable!! He is spending most of his time with his two dogs in his family house.  He prefers staying at home by himself than go out and have a beer at a bar.  He is not what we are calling a social butterfly.  When he is building a house it is to have people live in it, he is giving all of his heart in his work. He wants to make people happy, to have them living in their dream house.  He is loyal, caring and a good looking guy.  He is the perfect guy, even though he is grumpy and stubborn at times  that is  part of his charm.

Caleb has unresolved issues with his brothers Dalton and Tristan.  When their father passed away they have to live together under the same roof for a year.  Failure to do so will automatically close down the family business.  It is their chance to heal their relationships and work together in the Pierce Brothers business. I won’t say if they succeed or not, but let me tell you that you are in for some siblings fights and arguments.   The 3 siblings are very different.  Dalton is a gifted woodworker and quite a ladies man.  Tristan is sophisticated and he is a realtor in New York. His dream is to flip houses and sell them. Caleb followed their father footsteps and he is all about building houses and keeping the family business as it is. I love their story and I am quite happy to know that I will read more from the Pierce in the books to come.  I am also fond of Sydney.  She has been working in the Pierce family business for a long time. She has that drive that I love in a character and she is trying to have the 3 brothers working together peacefully. I hope to read more from her in the books to come.

Morgan is quite a lady.  When she was 18 she went through a traumatic event but she never gave up.  It is that event that gave her strength to reach for her dream.  Here she is now, decorating houses for celebrities across the US.  Working is her life, her passion. She wanted Pierce Brother to build the house on her latest project and she did all that she could to make sure it happened.  When Caleb asked her to be his temporary girlfriend she was taken aback but she decided to try it and it became the heart of her story.  Morgan is delicious with her humor and her strong will.  She has the qualities of a Southern lady but also the drive of a modern day woman.

In some stories, the main focus is solely on the female character. It is not the case with this book.  The first 2 chapters are revolving solely around the Pierce family, or around Caleb should I say.  I really loved how we were sent into his world and we got to know him.  We got a really good idea of what he was currently living therefore when Morgan made her entrance in the story it flew naturally.

It is a superb summer reading.  The story is light and full of humor. You will be delighted to have chosen to read this book.
