Review: Midnight’s Captive: Part 3 by Donna Grant

Danger is on the rise in this next installment of MIDNIGHT’S CAPTIVE from New York Times bestselling author, Donna Grant!

Everything is changing and Laura and Charon do not know who they can trust.  And worse, Charon knows that Laura is still holding back, still unsure about him and even though he cannot let her go, he knows that she has every reason to fear the darkness within him even as their enemies close in.

I can honestly say that Part 3 is reason enough to buy Midnight’s Captive as a serial instead of waiting for the entire book to be released. It is one hell of a page turner! The pages within this section of the book are so incredibly action packed and full of intensity.

Britt and Aiden are well on their way to achieving the goal that he set out to obtain. Jason Wallace proves time and time again he is a far more sinister evil than anything the warriors have ever faced before. The Warriors are put in a situation they have never had to deal with and this is forcing them to look to other means of fighting the evil that is Jason Wallace. There are so many game changers in Part 3 that I will most likely remain up for the rest of the night just to see what dire circumstances Donna throws her Warriors and Druids into next. At this point in the book it is next to impossible to put it down.

Charon and Laura are trying desperately to stay alive and get through the havoc that Jason is putting them in. They know if they can just make it through this they have something that is special and passionate and worth fighting for. So that is what they are doing, fighting to live another day to stay by the others side.

The more I read of the Dragon Kings the more I want their books to hurry up and get published. Now the Diva must impatiently wait for May of 2014 for that. Hopefully they will continue to have a large role in her Dark Warrior book until that time.
