Review: One Kiss by Lisa Fox

Sometimes one kiss can change everything.

New Year’s Eve is supposed to be a night for celebration and new beginnings. For best friends Kat and Dean, it is a nightmare filled with disastrous dates and enraged ex-girlfriends!

Lucky for them, they’ve got each other to help laugh off the embarrassing, and downright inappropriate, moments. But then midnight rolls around and neither of them have anyone to kiss…

There’s no doubt this is a night they will always remember.

The real question is whether it will be a night they want to forget…

Kat and Dean have best friends for ages. They both secretly have feelings for each other but neither are willing to act on them on the chance of ruining their BFF standing. But one fateful New Year’s Eve, one fateful kiss changes everything.

Sometime you just want a quick story with hearts and flowers. One Kiss by Lisa Fox fit the bill for me. I really enjoyed Kat and Dean. They make a sweet couple. While the story is quick, Ms Fox provides just the right amount of background allowing me to get to know the characters without overloading the current story. What I truly adored about this story is how you really got a sense that Kat and Dean are real friends. I was cheering these two on and when they finally took the bedroom plunge, I totally cheered.

I’ve read several books by author Lisa Fox and have yet to be disappointed. Anyone who likes a sweet quick story will enjoy One Kiss. Consider this my recommendation.
