Blair Whitaker has one goal: get the hell out of Celebration, NY. Her ticket out is helping the town take the grand prize in a parade contest, which will ensure she lands her dream job. It's a win-win.
Standing in the way is Ben Lambert, a sexy, local tattoo artist whose smile makes her weak. To win the contest, she'll have to sideline his plans for the tattoo festival the town council allowed on the same weekend. But trying to thwart Ben is more than she bargained for, and before she knows it, she's starting to see Celebration–and Ben–as something more than a temporary distraction.
But Blair's in too deep to change directions now. Celebration is behind the parade contest, the mayor revokes the tattoo festival permit, and Blair is on the cusp of getting everything she'd planned. But coming clean will turn Ben against her for good, and going forward means losing what she really wants and hurting the town she's grown to love.

In order to achieve her goals, Blair Whitaker has to win the parade contest and the sexy local tattoo artist, Ben Lambert is standing in her way, but when she comes close to reaching her goal she realizes that winning means she loses what she really wants in this charming contemporary romance.
This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers on the edge with lots of suspense, drama, humor and romance. The author describes the story with well written scenes and details that capture the imagination and the well orchestrated drama and suspense draw the reader deeper into the story. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention.
The attraction between Blair and Ben is undeniably hot and strong from first meeting and it leads to some hot and steamy sex scenes, but the relationship has a huge stumbling block, Blair’s not planning on staying in this small town. The reader can’t help but get caught up in all the drama and excitement surrounding this couple as they stumble along and there is plenty of humorous situations that spice things up especially since it seems that trouble follows Blair around and of course she creates more trouble for herself as well which really puts more kinks in her plans. Ben really just wants to make his tattoo parlor a success and falling for Blair causes a lot of drama to his life but he thinks she’s worth it if he could just get her to trust him.
The story is charming and fun and filled with lots of drama, excitement and delightful characters and I found it to be enjoyable and entertaining from beginning to end and I am looking forward to reading more stories about the characters from Celebration, N.Y.
