The first book in the Love Under Fire series is an erotic short and sweet romance novella.

For librarian Melanie Falconer, military men are off the marriage menu. But as maid of honor at her best friend’s wedding, she makes a mall run and lands right into the arms of the seriously hot marine, Matt Frasier. The best man, Matt has seen too much violence, but his heavy attraction to Melanie promises to soothe his soul and set his body on fire.

This fast paced story grabs the reader’s attention immediately with intense action and then swings into intense passion.  The author uses vivid descriptions, intense details and compelling characters to bring the story to life.  The attraction between Melanie and Matt radiates from every page and the sex scenes are scorching hot. The author conveys all the emotions and passion with intensity that makes the reader feel as if they are right there with them.

The author has spiced up the romance of a wedding with some action, suspense and of course lots of heat in this short contemporary romance that brings smiles to the reader’s face.  I can’t wait to read Lena and Rick and Kathleen and Jake’s stories.Sudden Heat
