Wow!  We left the last book thinking the killer was about to be caught, and he was, kind of.  But was he the killer they were actually looking for?

This book took a huge left turn and totally messed with my head.  In true mystery – crime drama fashion, we don’t get to know who the killer actually is until the end.  And it wasn’t who you thought it was.  I know it very much surprised me.  What was even more surprising was the motive.

This was a wonderful crime drama – murder mystery. I loved the characters and the growth they each made in their lives.  The story was gripping and interesting.  The author did an amazing job of incorporating BDSM into a murder mystery, almost making it another character in the story.

If you like murder mystery – crime drama with spice, and you don’t mind some frustration with serials, you need to give this a read.  It is well worth the time and the minor inconvenience of the serial – well it isn’t too bad.  Try it, you may like it.
